How My Faith Spurs my Social Justice Work: Refugees

Hello, friends.

Just a quick post to say, "Hello!," happy 5782, and look--someone quoted me in a blog post. One of my former (and beloved) graduate schools, Hartford Seminary, just posted a short blog about interfaith efforts to help refugees. They kindly invited me to share some words about my experience in the past working for a multifaith coalition helping Syrian refugees. I speak about how my Jewish faith inspires my social justice work.

Take a look at the piece here!

Sending good wishes in this Jewish holy season to people of all faiths and backgrounds. Chag sameach--and may this new year of 5782 bring more light to us all.

Now go out and love one another.

<3,

Allyson
